Welcome to Style Finder. By using our app or website you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.

About Style Finder

Style Finder identifies clothing, shoes and accessories in photos you take or choose, and uses AI to search shops for possible matches, with links and prices. You can save matches and come back to your past finds.

Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 13 to use Style Finder. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf. Keep your sign-in details secure and give accurate information. Contact info@stylefinder-app.com if you think someone else has used your account.

Subscriptions

Some features need Style Finder Pro, a subscription you buy in the app. On iPhone you buy it through Apple’s App Store, and on Android through Google Play, so your purchase is also covered by that store’s terms. The price, billing period and any free trial are shown before you buy, and payment is charged to your Apple Account or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, and the store may charge you for the next period up to 24 hours before the current one ends. To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. If you start a free trial, you will be charged when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before then. Free trials are for new subscribers, and Apple or Google decides whether you are eligible. If you cancel a paid subscription, Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.

You can manage or cancel your subscription from Settings in the app, or in your store account. On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions. On Android, open the Google Play Store app, tap your profile picture, then tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions. You can only manage or cancel a subscription with the store you bought it from. Deleting the app or your Style Finder account doesn’t cancel your subscription.

Apple handles billing and refunds for App Store purchases, and Google handles them for Google Play purchases, under their own refund policies. To ask for a refund, contact the store you bought from. This doesn’t affect your legal rights. You can restore your purchases in the app, for example after reinstalling it.

Both plans have fair-use limits to keep the service reliable, and the app tells you when you reach one. Currently, the free plan allows 2 searches that find matches (up to 8 tries) and 20 photo scans in any 24 hours, and both plans allow up to 30 searches and 40 photo scans an hour.

Acceptable use

Only scan photos you have the right to use. Don’t upload illegal, harmful or privacy-infringing material, photograph people without their permission, misuse the service, interfere with its security, or use automated tools to access it. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms.

Matches, shops and prices

Matches are found by AI and may not be exact. Shops, prices, sizes and availability come from third-party websites, may be out of date or wrong, and can change at any time. Always check the details with the shop before you buy. Style Finder doesn’t sell products and isn’t a party to anything you buy from a shop; your purchase is between you and the shop. Shop and brand names belong to their owners, and showing them doesn’t mean their owners endorse Style Finder.

Ownership and content

Style Finder’s software, design, branding and the pictures on this website belong to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. Unless we agree in writing, don’t copy, scrape or bulk-download the service or its content, republish or sell it, use it to build another service, or use it to train or test AI models. Don’t reverse engineer, decompile or extract the source code of the app or our services, except where the law allows it.

You keep the rights to photos you submit. You give us permission to process them only to provide the service, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

Service availability and liability

The service is provided “as is” and may change or be interrupted. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties and liability for indirect losses. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ending your account

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time; see our Delete Account page. Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a Style Finder Pro subscription, so cancel it with Apple or Google Play as well. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms.

Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country. We may update these Terms and will revise the date above when we do.
